So, this is it, I've finally come to the world of Blogging. I'm Kim, I'm 23 years old and I do have at least one talent, Cooking. I have been a fat chunk ever since I can remember. I've tried for years and years to be skinny! I swam competitively for 3 years in High School which helped me lose quite a bit of weight, but not as much as I would have expected considering I was working out 3 hours a day in High School. I've always known you had to exercise to lose weight, but then during college I discovered that you have to diet (which I thought was just doing a fad diet - thinking that fad diets were normal) to lose weight too. Well, not until recently did I discover that diet and exercise requires you to exercise efficiently (there is a science to it, who knew?) and eat the right kinds of food. Well, I have finally figured it out (although I definitely don't know everything).I am here simply to pass along my new found healthy recipes for all of you to enjoy too! AND please, remember I am new to blogging, so bare with me as I try to figure this out! Thanks!
